Aqua Fitness


Aqua Fitness uses water-based exercises to help stretch and relax the body. Because water has little to no resistance on the joints, it allows for free-flowing movement. 

Aqua Fitness is not a regularly scheduled service offered at Aquatic Adventures Ohio. It is a program hosted at our facility in partnership with Sarah Sutton, certified instructor at Aqua Flow Fit and YOGA 614. For more information on the specific classes that she offers, see her website.

On Thursdays in March, Aquatic Adventures will host an "Aqua Trifecta" series made up of three classes. Register for the series for $30, or join as a drop-in for $15 per class.

Class 1: Aqua Bootcamp

Thursday, March 15 | 5:45-6:30 p.m.

Aqua Bootcamp is a full-body workout that focuses specifically on strengthening and stretching, building core muscles, improving balance and breathing, and getting the heart rate up. It’s intense with little to no impact on joints.

Class 2: Sculpt Flow

Thursday, March 22 | 5:45-6:30 p.m.

Sculpt Flow is a powerful 45-minute workout with an emphasis on core strength, muscle building, and balance. By combining elements of both cardio and yoga, it will strengthen your whole body.

Class 3: Aqua Yoga

Thursday, March 29 | 5:45-6:30 p.m.

Aqua Yoga focuses on slow movements and breath control. This class strengthens and tones muscles, improves balance, and strengthens the core. It is especially beneficial for those who are seeking a low-impact workout.
