Aqua Fitness


Aqua Fitness uses water-based exercises to help stretch and relax the body. Because water has little to no resistance on the joints, it allows for free-flowing movement. 

Aqua Fitness is not a regularly scheduled service offered at Aquatic Adventures Ohio. It is a program hosted at our facility in partnership with Sarah Sutton, certified instructor at Aqua Flow Fit and YOGA 614. For more information on the specific classes that she offers, see her website.

Aquatic Adventures will be hosting Aqua Fitness classes on Thursday evenings in March. More details will be coming soon.
